The yoga class consists of a full warm-up, followed by a series of sun salutations (suryanamaskar), continuing with standing balance poses (asanas), floor strength and torsion, conscious breathing exercises (pranayama) and a guided relaxation followed by a short metitation.

According to the age, experience and physical condition of each individual, we will develop the practice according to their needs and desires.

If necessary, we will tone muscles, develop flexibility or deepen into rest positions, according to the individual needs of the student.

Yoga is a discipline of the body and mind, but I think it should also be a space to have fun and relax. I invite you to try my simple, eased but precise yoga style, to improve your body inside and out.
